Hi i amnervous about junior highschool cuz i got pe for my first period, and i dont even know anyone and i have tochange and all what should i do? Is there anyway i can make friends with someone before school?

Hey. Don't be nervous about school. You are not going to need anything for the first day. They are going to tell you what to bring on the first day. You are lucky to have gym first period because it will wake you up and you won't fall asleep in your other classes.
Make sure you say Hi to people when you get to school. Everyone else will be nervous too and looking for a friend to stand by. Say hello to both people beside your locker and say hi to the first person you see in gym class. Talk to a girl that looks shy. The easiest ice breaker is, "I am kind about this junior high thing." or something close to that. Don't worry. I am a junior in high school right now and I still get nervous about the first day of school. Everyone does.

I was kind of the same way but all I did was kind of found someone to just talk to then just make them like my PE buddy or whatever. When changing if you don't feel comfortable with your body find out a special trick or a way to change so you will reveal less than you want to show. To make friends with someone before school, you should talk to any of your other friends friends to see if they have Pe or to ask their friends if they have Pe, get
their phone number and talk once and a while until you think you reached that friend level with them.

P.S. plus it's Middle school everyone is going to at least on the first day talk to one another to get some friends, plus if your a new kid alot of people should try to get to know you (To try to catorgarize you but that's another story).

When I was in school I have PE first block too lol how weird
Try taking summer classes that way you can meet other people in you school and still get extra credits lol
But when you arrive to school just start talking to people that what I do and some of my Best Friend where made that way lol and try making friends that have to same classes as you
Its not that bad do just be cool and clam and most important be yourself!

Chill out first of all. Don't let them see you so nervous.
Did you go to school in this district before? If so, you will know in this class because most of the same grades are together. If not, the best things to do is smile and introduce yourslef to someone. You never know who it could be!

Ask the teacher for a bedroom pass because it happen to me to or go to the nurse office to get you a pad.Iam going to the 8th .Hope you have a great Jr. High School!

sometime when the p e classes start it takes sometime to get your lockers or whatever so you will have a few days to get that stuff and in that time u can get to know some people. plus you will have some of the girls in other classes so you can get to know them more then and when you get to playin in p e class try to shut your shyness off and play good so they will pick you more and there's another advantage for you.

change in a bathroom stall........... and you when you go to orientation for school see if anyone has ur same class, if not im very sure you will make new friends on the first day!! good luck

i u are moving to a new town, that would be hard but just get to school early and someone in ur grade will probably be there.
