I would like to remove the update - how do I do that? It's service pack 2 and I didn't want it in the first place. It's downloaded but not installed yet - I'm afraid to install it. Can I remove it and my computer will get back to normal?

The update may conflict with your camera drivers, check Microsoft Support, start there, or remove the update and see if the camera functions correctly..

This is why I disabled Automatic Updates. Unless you have a problem, don't install the goddamn update.

There may be different drivers which will be needed for your camera...esp'ly if it's 'older'...try re-installling the interface from the CD included with your camera...or...look for new drivers online at your camera manufacturer's website.
