My work machine has mutliple monitors. My home machine has multiple monitors. I utilize remote desktop to connect to my work machine from my home machine, but I can only utilize one monitor. Will the new Remote Desktop in Windows Vista support sharing both monitors (multiple monitors)?

Microsoft's web site says that Matrox video cards are the only ones they have tested for Windows XP that support multiple monitors so it's probably going to be the same for Vista. You'll need a Matrox brand video card if you want to be certain it will work, and they are expensive.
