If you have cable and have the Food Network channel watch some of the shows on there. I like Rachel Ray's 30 minute meals, and sometimes she has some good tips.

Okay here is a site for you to go to: www.allrecipes.com
It is a site with very easy recipes for you to make. Also, here is a recipe that you can make using the spaghetti recipe that you already have with a twist.

Baked Spaghetti

1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 small box of spaghetti noodles, cooked
1-2 pounds of cooked ground beef or turkey
1-2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded and divided

Preheat oven to 350. Cook your ground beef or turkey, whichever you prefer and drain off grease. Pour the jar of spaghetti sauce and mix together. While the meat is cooking, cook the noodles according to package and then drain. In a 9x13" baking pan, pour noodles and sauce into the pan and mix together until blended. Add about 1 cup of cheese to the spaghetti mix and blend well. Put the remaining cheese on top of the blended sauce, meat, noodles and cheese and place in the pre-heated oven and bake for about 20-30 minutes, or until the cheese on top is getting brown. Serve hot with garlic bread and/or salad.

This is a great alternative to the plain old spaghetti and it is wonderful. I didn't think I would like the cheddar cheese with it, I'm used to the mozzarella cheese like in lasagna, but its sooo good. Also, makes a great meal when you want to cook for someone!

Believe it or not, Martha Stewart has a lot of quick and easy recipes on her site. You have to weed through the big recipes like roasts, but they're there.

On the worst-case scenario go and get some microwave food that is not so fatty: chicken broth, grill some meat, just try whatever you want to.

Try one of the following (I was just like you a couple of months ago):

The website I use most for cooking has to be www.recipesource.com.
It's been invaluable to me when I was looking into an apprenticeship as a chef.

This is an amazing site that asks you what you have, so that you can make food based on what you have, and not even have to go out and get more supplies.
