you poor girl you ask an honest question here and some people have nothing better to do than spout off crap...
seriously I agree with the others who suggest you see a doctor.- a dermatologist if you can- but any doctor will be able to help.-- PLEASE do that before using any creams or laser procedures to make sure they're not anything serious --sometimes using remedies without checking with a health professional can make the situation worse! don't worry, if they are pigmented and raised up from the skin, they're probably moles and the Dr. can suggest ways to deal with them. And you'll feel better knowing once you go.

Could be subdermal lesions. If so, they can be caused by a number of things. They could be an allergic reaction or even a vitamin overdose. If so, stop such activity and be prepared to wait several months...leg circulation is low, and healing can take a long time. If dots are old blood from such lesions, they may never go away.
On the other hand, the condition may be a serious blood disorder that requires a trip to your doctor.

Go see a dermatologist just to make sure they are no big deal and that way you can probably get some type of medicine to treat the problem.

To start with, with out a picture of them, it is dificult to say what they could be. Did they recently show up? or have they been there for a long time? I would suggest you seek your local doctor for more information on this, really

its the way you shave. you shouldn't use soap and water when you shave, and you shouldn't use cheap razors. do you shave everyday?
instead of using soap, use Skintimate gel. and try getting a good razor like Venus Vibrance, Shick, or Intuition. i have the new venus vibrance with a can of skintimate gel; it works pretty good too(NO bumps or dots!)

try applying a paste of crushed asprin and water.
sounds crazy, i know, but you know those expensive creams for the skin that contain salicylic acid? it's only asprin; read the ingredients list.

See a doctor and see what they are. Then ask the doctor to laser them off.Just don't pick them because they will leave scars if you pick them off.
