It depends. My kitten, at 4 and a half months (about 15 weeks), when he was presented to me, was larger than some full-grown cats (small-to-medium size); he was probably 6 pounds. Other kittens that age do look like kittens in size.

With mine, it was very funny to watch - he had the body, and strength, of an almost full-grown cat - and the mind of a baby. :)) I still smile when I think of him then.

(He is now a large cat, probably about 10 pounds, or slightly more; and not fat either).

In my experience just about able to sit on a mans' both hands held sideways together without much spillage. And watch it - that's the age when they "go into mad ones" and start leaping about at nothing and start to try and run up the wallpaper and curtains ! Oh boy, are you in for a time - and you'll love every minute of it. We had one until last year. We got him at eight weeks old and he lasted until he was almost twenty years old. We loved him so much that we had him cremated on his own, and I've even built him a little gravestone containing some of his ashes which is in the churchyard of the church I built on my model railway ! Who's a soft old sod then?

Do you mean how much would it weigh?
Generally a healthy 13 week old kitten would weigh 2.5 to 3.5 pounds.
