Maybe he's trying to hard! It's hard to help without details and not for perverse reasons either. Are you using foreplay, is he spanking it earlier in the day, is he just trying to go at it without any other physical stimulants? All those can cause a limp reaction.
Send him to a doc, there could be something wrong with his drive or driver!
