hi i am a nurse she would know she has worms as they are present in your body waste, and yes they would be moving around, your friend should go to the doctor first thing tomorrow, as they spread very quickly and can be dangerous if left untreated, only don't go sharing food or drinks as they are very very contagious

Yep, its possible. Yes she would be able to see them and they may well be moving if the are Ascarid, or round worms. Tape worms would only be small pieces.
She need a doctor to take care of her---encourage her to go.

she either felt them or saw one/few come out when she went to the bathroom. others who have them depending on the kind loose quite a bit of weight. either way she has to run a few tests (blood stool) and try to fig out which one she has.

I guess it can happen animals get them all the time. she needs to see a doctor to be treated
