Well first of all, since this question is addressed to Christians, I would have to say the Christian would be doing a lot of judging.
I find it equally remarkable that a person could know what the acts and beliefs of these people are.
I would say A for the fact that the atheist seems to be a nice person.....but who am I to judge?
I would say B for the fact the Muslim seems to be a nice person......but who am I to judge?
I would say C for the fact that this person is still a human being no matter what they have done wrong.......but who am I to judge?
As a Christian should truly answer, and I know you have said you can only save one person, it is not up us to decide who is worth saving and who isn't. It's too judgemental and too hypothetical to say one or the other. I would try to save them all, but I guess that breaks the rules.

Christians are taught by Jesus to lay down ones life for others. So the Christian is out, besides he knows the truth but is still afflicted with human weakness. He may be right with the Lord however. I can not judge his soul/heart, only his actions.
I would pick the atheist. While aware of the most common knowledge of love, she could use the time to realize that God is the source and summit of ALL LOVE. She should live longer to have time to turn toward God and be saved eternally.

Are you a Christian hater? The Christian you described was not a Christian at all. If you truely believe in God and His Word, then you know you have to live your life following the teachings and path of Jesus Christ. You don't "sin" simply because your sins may be forgiven - you do your best not to sin because that's the life the Lord wants us to choose. This is clearly defined in the Bible.
To answer your question, I wouldn't save a true Christian (as I described above) because they have spent their life believing in the Lord and walking in the path defined by Jesus. They are already on their way to eternal life.

A... because I am of The Christian Faith and it is for me to try to reach as many of the lost as I can... the atheist is most likly to be reasoned with... given the restrictions of the question I think that is the best chance of one to reach.
The musslim is the proclaimed enemy of My faith and islam has proven to be unreachable by most efforts
The self proclaimed christian will answer to God directly

I would save the atheist... the other two believe in Heaven... the atheist by definition does not, so he is the one that needs saving the most... Christians and Muslims differ on what Heaven is and how to get there, but the question stipulated that only one could be saved, so I choose the atheist do-gooder.

I would save the atheist because I would want another chance to try to convience them that their is a God. I wouldn't help the christian because they already know God and chose to live their life the way wanted too. I wouldn't save the musslim because they chose to do their religion different.

That is a pretty difficult question to answer, not because of the fact that I am Christian, but, because I have yet to be in such a situation to know what I'd do.
Probably I'd save the victim which is closest to me. When I say "closest to me," I don't mean as in relationship or friendship, but, literally "closest", depending on where we are & what ever the particular danger is.

First of all there is no human being in this world that is perfect...everyone has done something wrong in their life... like cheat, lie, steal, back stab....so this question is stupid and the answer here would obviously be C because at least the person says sorry all the time and believes they are forgiven because they mean it!

You will know a tree by it's fruit!
We (Christians) are forgiven for our sins but that doesn't give us permission to be mean, abusive, or any other sinful act. Being Christ like or a Christian means you are walking in the path (following the teachings) of Jesus and not your own selfish and self-centered path.
As a Christian, we are to love God Our Father first and foremost, our second greatest commandment is to love one another as Jesus has loved us.
Grace to you and God Bless!
