I need to make a long-distant call to Philippines...How can I do that?

I know the country code is (63)...I tried it so many times but it just won't work....any help is good.

Depends on what city you call. (63) is just the country code but the Philippines does have city codes as well. For example Metro Manila's code is 2 so you need to dial (632) or if you want to call Globe you dial (63917). Hope this helps.

If calling from North America the calling pattern to the Philippines would be

011-63-(city code or 3-digit cellular carriercode)-(7-digit phone number)

You start with 011 to get into the international circuits, then follow with the 63 and then all the other numbers.
