Information on being a FBI and/or a state BI agent, on stolen or fraud art theft, counterfeit money, and gems?

This is for research for my novel. Anyone in those law enforcement agencies, specifically Arizona, would be most helpful to help me out.

If you want information about the FBI go to www.fbijobs.gov as for a state BI agent... I've never heard of that before in my life.
