Be honest with the guy who likes you. And the guy you like. As long as everyone is of legal age (because you said the guy you like is older than you) than go with him if he likes you too.

They do that because those girls are easier to approach cause they are all flirting with us. But in the long run they will want to be with the shy nice girl, which i pick over the loud ones in the first place. You just need to find the right guy.

save yourself some time and confusion. Make your life simple by being with the guy you like. If the guy who likes you don't want to be friends let him go and cease all communication.
