Tell her you are uncomfortable with that kind of love with her and you will always love her as a sister. Tell her she will find the love for her on her journey through life. If she protests or tries to justify how right the relationship would be. Tell her the relationship would hurt so many people and that this conversation is over. Walk away. Be gentle but firm.

Do you love her? you have to ask yourself this question. If you do, then it will be perfect and both of you can became couple. If you don't, you have to tell her quickly and both of you should be able to retain your existing relationship of god brother and sister.
