When you are messing around make sure you take some time to touch her gently and give looks like shes the most lovely thing you've ever seen.
As for about HER. Ask her advice even if you really dont need it, tell her you think that she's smart/funny whatever.

Genuinly she has to work on herself to make herself feeling better. You can only help her in it by accepting her, indulging her, being more present in her life, listening to her and being more sensitive toward her wishes..

when your with her make her feel at that moment in time she is the best thing in your world. when your not together surprise her with impulse phone calls text etc makes her know your thinking about her not just when your together. oh and honesty goes down a treat
