JUST RELAX and pout you lips out. A nice soft kiss is a good starter. Pretend you are kissing a soap bubble. To hard and it will pop. Just soft enough is how you want it to be. After a few times, you may press the lips a little harder, but remember--kissing is a show of affection and you do it because you are HAPPY!!!! Good luck to you!!
