What does it mean when someone kisses you with their eyes open?

You know how it is when you're kissing someone and they are looking at you. To my knowledge it's only happened one time. We've kissed before but this time we looked at each other. It was kinda weird. Please let me know something about what this means.

well you shouldnt open your eyes [either of you] or its just not the same

I've had it happen only once.

The woman had to go on medication for a psychiatric disorder.
