okay i confess that i've been smoking weed.. i dont no how the heck my mom found out she said shes gonna call the police and do some test on me!!! i was like WTH??!! i never smoked for more than 50 hours now will i be safe if they force me to take the test? i'm soo afrid i dont wanna be arresteddd :-( my mom is so evil

*** it! i dont no how she came to find out! i NEVER had a bong or smoked at home i only do it at my bfs place wit some friends.. i think they betrayed me!!

Isn't it funny no matter how clever the kids think they're being, the parents ALWAYS find out? Honey, your mother was a kid once too, even though you don't think she was, she was. If you were my daughter, I'd call the cops on you too, it's illegal what you're doing, and can be dangerous as well. She's only looking out for your well being, even though you don't appreciate it right now. She's not evil, she's being a good mother. You don't like her rules in her house, move out. Of course, you'll have to support yourself, get a job (which is hard to do when you're stoned), get an apartment (which is hard to do if you're blowing all your $$ on weed), feed and clothe yourself, etc. Makes you want to stay at home, right???? Then quit smoking the d*** weed, go to school, and do what you're supposed to do. You'll thank your mom in the long run. Sorry if this wasn't what you wanted to hear either.

I'm starting with the assumption that you're in the US in terms of the legal parts of this.

How long you'll test positive depends on how much you've been smoking, how often you've been smoking it, and how high-quality it is. Chances are she'll do a home pee test, involving the cops is likely to be a scare tactic. And if you don't have any pot or paraphanalia - bags, pipes, bongs - there's not much you can be charged with in most areas.

Hair tests are highly unreliable, and be aware that you may show up positive on a urine test for something you didn't take - ask for a lab confirmation using GC/MS if this happens.

As to whether you'll show positive, single use can show a negative at 2-3 days, and you'll generally eliminate the metabolites tested for most quickly if you have low body fat, haven't been exercising recently, drink lots of water and aren't using the first pee of the day. However, do as you will when you live on your own, right now you're under your mother's roof and need to finish school. If it was just experimentation, own up to it and that you know it was stupid. Offer to take ongoing, random UAs and to remain absinent. If there are psychological pressures in your life, here's your chance to be honest and ask for help.

Having been to rehab myself and seen the range of possible effects (positive and negative), I would strongly urge you to stay out of any group program dealing with drug/substance abuse. Most teenagers I've seen go to rehab with a pot problem left only to use more and different and a new circle of friends where the majority end up using within a week of getting out (or while they're at rehab). On the other hand, the overwhelming majority of people who stop using drugs do so with a brief intervention or of their own free will.

You're mom is a loving mother and she is looking out for you. My husband was into drugs as a teenager. Now he is 23 years old and because he is still in the judicial system they keep throwing him back in prison for things he hasn't done. He is gone for quite a while. She is trying to help you. She may have noticed signs that you were smoking weed and is looking out for your best interest. I think you can only be arrested if you have any weed in your possession. I would encourage you to volunteer at a drug rehab treatment place to see what your future could be like if you stick with drugs.

On emore thing, what ever you are doing, don't be a follower, be a leader. before doing some stuff, look around, look further than your nose. look what will be the reaction when you put the two chemicals together. will it explodes the house, or will it be a way to kill bacteria that are inside of the house?

What are going to be the concequenses if you do it? is it going to be against you will? ( even though you might think it is your will) try to see what will it be. and by that you will not have to be afraid as you are now. so just take this one as a lesson, don't react when you are to happy not to frustrated, but think critically before you react, so that your reaction will be helpful not only to you but to others too.

SHe was probebly able to tell by the way you were acting ot by smelling it on your clothes, just because you dont do it at home dosnt mean she isnt goign to find out. as for a test, it can stay in your system and be detected in a test for up to a month. I say you should try to talk to your mom about it and desided if thats really the path you want to go with your live. there are many more constructive ways to past the time.

There is a test that they can do using a sample of your hair. Drugs remain in the hair for at least a month. Maybe you will learn your lesson and stay away from drugs. Oh by the way you can't refuse to take the test, you are under age and they only need your mom's consent.

Your mom is not evil. She is just trying to protect you and doesnt know what else to do besides scare you. Moms just know stuff. I have a 5 1/2 month old daughter and when she needs something or if something is wrong I know. Even though she cant tell me. I know thats alot different from you, but its the same concept. I dont know how your mom found out. Maybe one of your friend's mom found out and told your mom? She is right to be worried, but if you havnt done it for 50 days you should be clean, or at least very close. Plus, maybe you should explain to her that weed is not even close to as bad as some other drugs out there. It is the gateway to other drugs, but still not as bad.
