I'm walking every day and eating less and better, but I'd like to speed up the process if it's safe and effective.

1) Don't use diet aids unless your doctor wants you to do it. They can really mess with your system.

2) Have long have you been working at this? Seeing results may take a month or longer. Speeding up the process isn't going to be as effective as sticking with a routine and working your butt off. If you need to, spice things up and change the routine. See a nutritionist.

I have tried Hydroxycut and other supplements like the original MetaboLife and Stacker, and Xenedrine, and have gotten mixed results. As long we you don't have high blood pressure or pre-existing heart conditionts, you should be ok ith a diet pill. Of course, if you ever feel any adverse effects, you should stop taking it an consult a doctor.

If you're looking to supplement your diet plan, you'll most likely want a good metabolic booster and appetite suppressant. I'd suggest taking a look at Herbalean. It does have Ephedra, which was unbanned this year by the FDA - so it's legal in the US again. It also has Hoodia for the appetite suppression, so the combination works VERY well for me.

I've been taking it for a couple months now, and the Hoodia keeps me from snacking and gets rid of the sweet cravings, while the Ephedra gives me a good energy boost through the whole day.

It's made by the original makers of MetaboLife, and they've improved the formula with Hoodia and 77 trace minerals and herbs. It's also an extended release formula, so you won't get the jitters from the Ephedra like you would with MetaboLife.

Hydroxycut is probably one of the more popluar thermogenics on the market. When I tried it, I was fine for a couple of days, after that I started noticing stomach issues. Some people have better results however.

I'd start of slowly with termogenics, taking small dosages and working your way up especially if you have sensitivity to caffine.

I've tried a few since then. A mild one to start off with would be Xenedrine RFA. I also tried HotRox, I did get good results, but didn't really care for the way it made me feel. I'm currently using Jet Fuel, and really like it.

the regular hydroxycut is absolute garbage. You're better off buying Hydroxycut Hardcore. It is very strong and will give you jitters, but it works. I work at GNC and sold this to many people and they come back a different person. If you don't mind the jitters this is the best product for weight loss on the market imo.

I used to work at GNC and we sold a pretty good bit of the stuff. I had a boyfriend who used it too but he worked out all most everyday so he was already in pretty good shape to begin with. One thing I do know about it is you have to take a lot of capsules, something like 8 a day and that can get quite expensive. Plus I think they have changed the formula since ephedra got banned from supplements so I don't know if it would be as effective as it originally was. I hope this helped somewhat anyway.

Hydroxycut is great for losing pounds! But once you get off it, you gain pounds even faster! To speed up metabolism naturally, eat all day long. Instead of 3 big meals a day, eat like 7 small meals. You wont stretch out your stomach each time you eat, and your metabolism will be running constantly all day long, instead of 3 times a day, with breaks in between.

You will start the first week taking 3 pills a day.

Second is 6 pills a day.

third is up to 9 pills.

I wouldnt recommend going this high though. I did cause thats what the bottle says to do but you basically become addicted to caffeine and if you miss a time then you will start getting headaches. I would stick to at most doing 2 pills at a time 3 times a day.

They do work just make sure you are being careful with them

it's not a matter of eating "less", it's a matter of eating better and the exercise you do. If you eat 5-6 small portions a day it's better for you and speeds up your metabolism. hydroxycut curbs your appetite and gives you energy, to burn more calories. I've never taken it as many times as the bottle says, i used to take 2-3 before my work outs to give me that energy at the end of the day. it helps to an extent, but don't rely on it 100%. drink lots of fluid, up your exercise...walk at an incline. good luck.

I tried Hydroxycut and wasn't that impressed. I took a metabolism booster from GNC that worked very well.
