Probably because it is hott and humid out because it is summer, and the moisture in the air lands on the toilet seat in the effect is you sticking to it .. my advice would be turning on a fan or air conditioner. =]

Oh, easy.
Instead of passing things OUT, you're sucking air IN when you sit on the darn thing. That makes a vacuum and sticks you down tight.
Now the question is, through WHICH opening?

the heat u release turns 2 sweat and u stick :) try a wooden seat

maybe its the cleaner that you are using that was not rinse off properly or maybe you have to clean the toilet seat,or maybe you are sweating.
