I'm guessing you don't exercise much, or you haven't in a while. That means that your body has very little muscle, which means that any extra weight you have is fat. Your BMI is in the normal range, but very close to "overweight".
Muscle burns calories 24 hours a day, but if you don't have much muscle, your metabolism can slow down, and if you don't watch what you eat, you could end up gaining a lot of weight.
Start slow, work up to exercising 4-5 times a week, for 30 minutes. Walking, biking, swimming are all great, and cheap! If you aren’t active to start out, then that will start building some muscle.
But at some point, you are going to have to say no to too much food. Keep a food diary. When you start, don't worry about counting fat or calories, just notice how much and what you are eating. Start learning what foods are good and bad.
Just seeing it written down can be a surprise - you don't always notice how much you really eat when you eat it, but you sure notice every extra pound in that swimsuit. Watching what you eat helps you stay focused and eat healthier.

Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

When making a song there aren't any tones. It is rough to determine the lyrics if you are a newbie. I've been finding out Chinese for the reason that I was once a little one and I nonetheless can not do it good. As for "mei guan xi", you pronounce it consistent with how you'll pronounce the characters. ??? Make a little routine for yourself for right when you wake up, or right before bed; the same time everyday so you'll always do it. Include sit ups, crunches, leg lifts, and push ups. These will tone your abs, legs, and arms. It shouldn't take more than 15 minutes, and if you do it everyday, you should see results soon! And if you're looking to gain muscle, adding more protein like lean meat and nuts to your diet wouldn't hurt.

if you already do not what to go to the gym then get used to being fat. how can someone be soo lazy but desperate to loose weight! oh my gosh is actually requries work to loose weight! go on bike rides and run outside if u really dont want to go to the gym but going to the gym will help better with getting toned.
