At your height and weight, you are heavier than average. If you’re not exercising regularly, then your body may not have much muscle. Since muscle burns calories 24-7, any extra calories you eat adds up on the scale.
There are two ways to give yourself a healthier body. 1) Work up to exercising 4-5 times a week, for 30 minutes. Walking, biking, swimming are all great, and cheap! If you aren’t active to start out, then that will start building some muscle, which helps burn calories 24 hours a day.
2) Keep a food diary. When you start, don't worry about counting fat or calories, just notice how much and what you are eating. Start learning what foods are good and bad.
Just seeing it written down can be a surprise - you don't always notice how much you really eat when you eat it, but you sure notice when your stomach sticks out over your jeans. Watching what you eat helps you stay focused and eat healthier. If you are gaining weight or not seeing results after a month, start adding up every calorie, to find the best way for you to cut back your eating.

Don't worry about being a model. For every Vickie's Secret model who makes the pages, hundreds have been discarded, or, in their eyes, told they "weren't good enough."
Concentrate instead on being happy with how you look.
We can only guess, obviously, but at your height, if you're an average build, I'd say you'll probably want to weigh somewhere in the low 140s. That should get you to below 40 bust size (though you should maintain the C). And depending on what you do for aerobic activity, everything should come off fairly proportionately.
Just stay away from the diet pills and the ab-lounge garbage. That stuff is meant to prey on the sensitivities of the overweight.

Knowing what you want to look like is the goal that will give you the motivation you need to change. You've got to admit that you've done alot to get where you are today...alot of the wrong things. You've admitted you need a change, now let's focus on the actions and habits that will produce the results you desire.
By exercising 30-60 minutes every day, 6 days a week, by eating nutritious foods 5-6 times daily, once every 2-3 hrs, drinking 1oz. of water per lb. of bodyweight, and by taking a quality multivitamin (Iike Double X).
You can ensure that you will not regain the weight you've lost by creating exercise, healthy eating, and supplementation HABITS. When you make them a part of your lifestyle, you will keep the results, without thinking about it. Make living fit a part of your lifestyle that you do without thinking by creating habits.
Enjoy your results,

Just one pound. That is all you need to lose at a time. Then after that another one. Then after that another one. Ancient saying-- A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.
Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

Honey, I've been looking at your other questions, and you need to get a clue. The ONLY permanent way to lose weight and keep it off is to change your diet and get regular exercise. And you have to do it for the rest of your life. Period. That's it. End of story.
Any other solution, including lipo, pills and stupid diets, will not work in the long run. Get over the "model" thing - you'll never look like one. Models don't even look like models in real life. Focus on getting healthy and having the best version of your OWN body.

Models look like they are crack or heroin addicts. If you want to look unhealthy, why don't you just do that.
