I'm normally an upbeat person, but for the last 3 weeks, I have been an emotional wreck. I cover it up well b/c no one can tell. But when I'm alone or in bed, I cry constantly! I have reasons to cry though such as: I really screwed up with my best friends and it's all weird between us now, my boyfriend is moving from Florida to Virginia in 11 days, I got a really good job offer where he is moving but I can't take it b/c i have no $ and no vehicle of my own, and my parents are upset with me b/c I want to move. I suppose it's all stress induced, but I just can't deal with my damn emotions anymore! I don't know what's going to happen after my bf moves...am I nuts??

It sounds like you are very stressed out and really need to talk to someone like a therapist or a counsellor. They could help you figure out what you feel your problems are and can help you come up with solutions that will work for you. They may or may not reccomend medication. What works for some may not work for others. Talk to someone you trust good luck with everything sweetie, everything will all work out for you.

hi, this is Laura from Indonesia. I want to try to help u. Btw, i often had the same problems as yours. Feel bad when everything was great, feel useless when everyone was depending on you, etc. I just want you to know that this problem is, like u said, a mentally problem. For all of the things that happen directly in the same times which makes you a little bit shock and make u more melancholic in dealing with problems. However you soon will realize that nothing to worry about as your life will continue to move on and no time to have yourself worrying such a thing. You are a human as well so don't worry if sometimes you feel that u cannot carry the world by yourself. I suggest u back to ur positive method of thinking and enjoy ur life. Find someone who you can share your problems to. Make up with your best friend will start to build up ur confidence going up again.
Last words, good luck n God Bless You always! :)

You have a legitimate reason to feel depressed. Depending on the mental state of your parents, you need to confide in them, if you haven't already. If they won't try to comfort you, that's too bad. Your next stop is your physician. I think Zanax may be too heavy duty, but your physician will be able to prescribe some meds that will help you get through this temporary situation.

Sounds like normal stress to me....But if you cant carry the load
see a doctor about taking Zanax. It calms your mind down so you deal with your problems one at a time

Medication for termporary depression is not always the best thing. Talking things out with a therapist will help you sift through everything and feel better about what's going on in your life. Xanax is for anxiety, not depression.

Worry about yourself and stop worrying about your BF. I am sure he will be ok in FL. Go see a doctor and try Yoga.

PEOPLE GET IN THE WAY. BE AROUND WHO YOU NEED AND BE HAPPY. IM IN THE SAME SITUATION, EXCEPT PEOPLE ARE MOVING TWORDS ME AND I HAVE ENOUGH MONEY, BUT IT STILL SUCKS AND ITS STILL STRESSFUL. MOST RELATIONSHIPS TURN INTO VICIOUS ANIMALS READY TO RIP YOUR GUTS OUT. NOT EMOTIONAL GUTS, BUT YOU'RE NERVE GUTS AND YOUR SANITY GUTS. GIRLFREINDS AND BOY FREINDS GET ON EACHOTHERS NERVES AND TRY TO DESTROY EACHOTHER THAT WAY. I HATE RELATIONSHIPS. YOU SHOULD TOO.
