Maybe they feel intimidated about asking you out. Make sure when a guy that you like tells you your pretty that you encourage it if you are interested in him asking you out.

Patience my dear. If you're a very confident looking individual, some guys may find that intimidating. On the other hand, whts wrong with asking a guy out. If you're interested in someone, go for it. Women have been known to ask a guy on a date. It is the 21st century. You can even wear pants in public....

I could really only answer that if I knew you. It is not only about how pretty you are. There is alot more to why a guy will ask you out. Just be yourself and you will find someone that will love you.

\because not every guy in the world is completely shallow
i mean after looking at you eventually you'll have to open your mouth. so my answer to you would be to bring out the best things about yourself...for example your sense of humor or something of tht nature

Same thing happens to me. The guys I do get to know finally will say things like "when I saw you I thought to myself I'll never get her so why try or She would never go for me".

Fear of rejection because you are so pretty or else they are chicken! There is nothing wrong with you and if I were younger and lived near you, I'd ask you out.

either they're lying to you so you dont feel bad, they say that to get you to go to bed with them, or they;'re too shy and insecured by your beauty, that they feel you'll reject them, so they dont take the chance of asking you out. Based on your own experience you should know which of these apply to you.

Guys are shy for the most part. They want to know you better to an extent. For one thing, they want to know if you're the RIGHT one for them, THEN will they ask you out.
