Men have different hormones than women. They have testosterone which has been proved to cause increased sex drive, and since most all women have very little testosterone we are not quite as horny, don't get me wrong we all know that we get hot and bothered too, but our main hormone is estrogen this allows us to control ourselves differently than men. But I also think it has a little bit to do with our society as well, what people consider acceptable, and what they don't. So if a man is raised to think it is acceptable to view women as sexual objects and not as people with intellect, and abilities then he is most likely going to be more willing to act on his hormones with less logic.
