If you have such a problem with religion...why do you only pick on one?

I have noticed that many people on here seem to have serious issues with religion. Possibly because of someone they have run across, although I expect that many of your viewpoints are swayed by the stereotypes you hear and see in the news and on tv. Why is it that muslims are tolerated while christians are not? Just an observation, but muslims claim to worship the same god and have the same roots, so why are they treated as the good guys, and christians as the bad guys? Oh, and don't even start about politics, this is a simple belief and hate question. I have noticed that every side of the spectrum from atheists to roman catholics seem to be dealing out the same amount of hate. If you don't want a religious person judging you, perhaps you should stop judging them?

Apparently people forget so quickly about 9/11. Does islam not affect you? Sure they were extreme, but they did what they did in the name of god, and for virgins.

u r absolutely right.cudnt ask for more. v r all here to learn something about each other. but seems to me that, there r some people carrying the disease called hate wif them.

they r slowly trying 2 prompt us by asking such profane and indescent ?s. they r bad mouthin each other's beleifs and sensitivities. seems they r here 2 prove only they r right. and they dont want 2 listen wat the other person has to say.

some even drive u up the wall so bad that u r finally forced to b harsh. im a human , how much can i tolerate when som1 bad mouths my faith.

for eg this guy CPCTC who thinks just by passing som rude comments, he'd b cool now how much can one tolerate. and when u say something, he saida "a typical muslim reaction"

well guess that only god can give answers to such people.

The beliefs of Muslims rarely affect me. The beliefs of Christians are rampant in my government and society. Why should I dislike people who do nothing to me. In my personal circle of society, Christians are often the "bad guys". I don't mind being judged, often because it's the semi-retarded theists doing so. Intelligent Christians do not attempt to convert me, or harass me, or tell me I am going to hell. If you want respect, respect me though actions, not words.

In general, I'm betting it's because the Christians tend to respond to the bait so well, often with entertaining frothing and pounding of the keys.

I pick on them all, but christianity invites criticism, since christians are always trying to ram their dogman down peoples' throats (see marriage amendment debate).

No other religion in the US attempts to use law enforcement to promote their dogma.

So you have no one to blame but yourself.
