That depends on your build. Your BMI is a much better indicator of your health (and not the one that's calculated based on your height and weight either - the one that actually takes into account your body fat and lean muscle percentages). Personally, not that I usually give out this info, I'm very athletic, and although I only look like about 125, I'm actually closer to 140 because of the muscle mass. My BMI is a healthy 22 though, which means that it really doesn't matter what the scale says.

A weight chart would say 105 to 130lbs. More important is the BMI -- body mass index. Read the source.

If you feel you're overweight, I suggest you consider changing your diet permanently rather than "going on a diet" The glycemic index (enter in google) might be very helpful.

I read somewhere that if you are 5 ft., you should weight 100 pounds and 5 pounds for every inch after that. Your ideal weight is 115 pounds.

ideally 120lbs however anything between 110 and 130 is in normal body index.

above 107 and below 135 beased on body mass index. keep in mind muscle is weight more than fat.
