my girlfriend and i are committed to each other, but how do i get rid of my jealousy problem. we work together but i just cant see her talking to other guys. how can i quit my foolish deeds? All this jealousy just destroys our love. Help!

You already know that this jealousy thing is something that isn't healthy for the relationship, and that's the first step to solving the problem. You know perfectly well that you can't restrict your girlfriend from talking to other guys, its unethical and unrealistic. It might also turn her against you. Each time jealousy burns within you, think of the consequences that might happen if you act on that feeling. What if she decides to end the relationship? Do you think being jealous over nothing is worth that price? I know it can be difficult to think of consequences when driven by things like anger, hate, jealousy and despair, but you have to do this not only for yourself, but for the one you love. Let your love for her be the motivation for you to change. And when things get too difficult, you can always lean on her shoulder. Good luck!
