help...my television died!?

Question

i have a 36" sanyo...its about 6years old and only moved once.....never dropped or jarred though.....well im watching tv yesterday afternoon and all of a sudden blackness...the tv was off and i cant turn it back on!.....it was plugged in w/other electronics via a peach such as dvd/vcr/ps2/surround sound and the like but they are all still working.....can anyone tell me how to troubleshoot this?

If you can hear voices from your Tv, then the picture tube is shot down. 6 can be high depends on your television use. I would suggest to shop for a new TV. I dont think it would be worth it to fix.
