I don't have an opinion on that, because it seems like fat people usually date fat people. However, I can tell you that I am fairly lean and I like girls who are not fat. No need to be a toothpick, but fat will not do.

Well, this is dependant on what people's perceptions of attractiveness are. For every society there are different standards or physical attraction for both sexes. In some African socieites, the more body size and weight a woman has, the more attractive she is as a potential mate. Latin American and Caribbean men like and prefer 'thick' women.

We all know the emphasis Western society places on thinness and being fit and this perpetuated in media images all the time. I am fairly thin but I don't have a long list of guys waiting to be my bf and I once dated a really sexy guy who turned out to be a jerk! I do agree with losing or gaining a few pounds to maintain a normal body weight, but you in the end you have to be happy with yourself, don't become slim or in shape to please another person - have confidence in yourself, that is very attractive, its what inside that counts..

It's really tough out there, and i'm beginning to believe only the skinny and beautiful get the good guys--and waste em.

Poor things.

Luckily! There are some people with depth and smarts who can see through a book's cover.

I think some people tend to lean a little more on a more natural form opposed to a muscular made up form. Not flabby but form.

In some cases, yes. It all depends on how your the person/partner see things. I find that the good looking ones have pretty bad personalities.

Nope. There's someone for everyone. Just because the media thinks that thinner is better doesn't mean that everybody believes it.
