What ever looks best on you. Try having long hair and see if you match it and like it. Do that for short hair also. Cut your hair and see if you like it short. If you like them both, then get a couple of your friends' perspectives.

I normally do not like short hair on girls because it makes a girl's head look too big and also makes a girl look too boney.
