I have a default judgment and live in pennsylvania and i want to know what can be done to me if i don't have the money to pay

The person holding the judgement can get a court order to seize some of your assets to cover it e.g. car, bank accounts, garnish your salary....

In addition to what Judy said - even if you don't have any assets because you put everything into your spouse's name, you credit can still be ruined. If you can't pay you better talk to the Judge and see if anything can be arranged. If you are working then you have no excuse for not paying even a minimal amount per week. Take responsibility.

The judgment will appear on your credit report and could also appear on any future title searches on property you own or are hoping to own. This can affect your ability to purchase a house, or refinance a house if you already own one. You can often work with the judgment holder to work out a payment plan so they don't take action against you.

Attach your salary, possess your car, take any stocks of savings accounts you have. Take any house of propery owned.
