You didn't mention what state you live in. So it is difficult to be specific.

Your father died without a will. That means that the laws of your state will decide how his estate will be divided. If you are 18 or older, you may get the court to appoint you as executor, but you will need an attorney to help you. It is the only way.

It sounds like you don't have much money. You may be able to find free legal help. Please visit the website of the state bar association. Most of them have links to lawyers who will work "pro bono". The first link below will help you find the state bar assocation. The second link is an example of what you are looking for.

Report the truck as stolen, ASAP. Just call 911 and do it.

which country u belongs ? Take advise of other family elders what is the social rule of your country. Then approach. In India,if father or mother died, having property, without Will, it is automatically can claimed by all brothers and sisters with valid identity like Ration Card or if employed, certificate from Employer etc. Check your social customs in vogue. Ok. Good luck.

You might want to find out if he has any nominees to his bank accounts. And unless he has made you a nominee, you might not have access to his accounts, since he has left no will. Also, find out who took the truck-if it was someone to whom your dad owed money, then again there's nothing much you can do.But if not, there's a chance you can get the truck. You need lots more details about your dad's financial status.

I am very sorry to hear of you loss. You should hire an attorney. All his assets will have to go through Probate Court to determine who is the beneficiary.
