Not only that...but he also wore flowing robes, refused to marry (according to the Church!) and hung out with 12 other single guys and told them to eat him. Yup, in all probability he was gay... but in the closet.
And thats why they hate gays and Jews. they secretly despise Jews for getting "it" right before they did, and they hate gays because gays are not ashamed of their sexuality like they are.

It's a common misconception that Christians hate gays and Jews. While there may be a few out there that do, it's not the view of Christianity. Christians believe that homosexuality is wrong, but that doesn't mean they hate people that are homosexuals.
Homosexuality is a sin, but so is gluttony. So is racism, and hypocrisy, and covetessnous, and jealousy. Sin is sin, and everyone has sin in their lives. Jesus taught to follow after God and put sin behind us. That doesn't man Christians are perfect, they still struggle too. I don't doubt there are many Christians who struggle with homosexuality. The common understanding is to love the sinner and hate the sin.
Jews aren't hated by Christians, and I'm not really sure where that belief came from, but I do know that many people think so. Maybe because Jesus was killed by Jews directly, and so when people make a film about Jesus' cruxificion, Jews seem to be the bad guys. But Christians understand that everyone is responsible for Christ's death. He came to save all of us from our sins, so we all are responsible for his death. It's no more racist to depict Jews as executing Jesus than it is to portray Germans as nazis in a WW2 movie. Not all were, but there was a pretty good percentage.
There's nothing in Scripture to support the idea that Jesus was gay. Everyone used those types of sandals back then. In fact, I don't even think there's anything in gnostic gospels to support the idea that he was gay (I'm not familiar with all of them, but the ones I know don't). Anointing oils were used for special ocassions in Jewish culture, they were symbolic and religious in many way. Those men he had with him were his students, and there's nothing to indicate any kind of homosexual relationship between them. That would be like saying because Boy Scouts go camping together, they are gay. It's not an appropriate deduction.

Actually, gays are a minimum of 10% of the populace, or extra. Other than that, sure, the circumstances are parallel. Hate more commonly takes the identical sort. First it identifies a institution as "different" to split them from the institution. Then it identifies them as a few type of risk to the health of society. Then it attempts to dehumanize them through accusing them of consuming toddlers and such. The identical method was once used within the Inquisitions, the Crusades, the violent career of the Americas, practically any genocide, ever, wherever. Hate is not often customary, under no circumstances justified. There's a political web publication, known as Americablog, in which the landlord John has performed a few writing at the parallels among the Nazi view of Jews and the Christo-fascist view of gays. Check it out, he is a well creator.

Slow down, my friend. There's PLENTY wrong with what you wrote.
First off, Christians do not hate gays or Jews.
We have moral as well as practical reasons for opposing gay BEHAVIOR, but we do not hate the people who engage in it.
Nor do we hate people who practice Judaism.
Plus, concluding that Jesus was gay for the reasons you outlined is more proof that we live in a horribly oversexed culture -- one which reads a sexual meaning into everything, even when no such meaning is present.
For the record, Jesus spent a great deal of time with all sorts of people -- including women.
He was by no means alone in using anointing oils or in wearing sandals -- both were very common practices in His earthly time and place.

Kubrickian,
"Why do christians have such hatred for gays and Jews?"
Here we go again!
All Christians are not alike. The gays probably shy away from the ones that don't hate them. Like me.
"Especially since Jesus Christ was Jewish, and in all probability gay."
When you say things like this, it shows that you indulge in wishful thinking. Jesus was sinless by the records of him that we have today.
But you don't really care do you? You just want to attack people.
In answer to your first question:
Because you are the same as they are. You hate and say hateful things too.
It takes one to know one.

True Christians have hatred for no one. Yes, Christ was Jewish. But if you truly believe he could have been gay, you are letting your imagination run away with you. All of those things were merely customs of the times, and didn't indicate sexual preferance.

"Love the sinner and hate the sin" although is not mentioned in the Bible, is their excuse for mistreating homosexuals, abortion doctors, and, heaven forbid, women who want equal rights.
Fundamentalists forget that we're not told to "hate the sin." We're told to forgive the sin. In Matthew 18:23-35 Christ tells of a slave who was forgiven his debts (just as Christians are forgiven their sins). This slave, however, refused to forgive the debt of a fellow slave (just as Christ asks us to forgive our fellow sinners). Christ called that slave "Evil." All who call themselves "Christian" absolutely must forgive the sins of any other sinner - even the homosexual. The moment they don't, the moment they start brandishing the "love the sinner but hate the sin" argument, they are themselves condemned by the very God they say they serve.

Jesus wasn't gay because the Bible speaks out against it as being a sin.
True Christians cannot hate Jews. God blesses those who bless Israel and pray for peace in Jereusalem.

It is the basic problem with religion -- there are people involved. Those Christians who are haters will look to their bibles and see a basis for their hatred. Thankfully, though, most of the Christians I know are not haters.
