Its literally not possible to find a purebred dog for under that amount.
But, if there was a reason it would be because someone couldn't take care of the dog and had to give it away asap, then it would be 0-100$$ But these days breeders want big $$$ for purebreeds and that's for all breeds. But, if you change you mind and get a purebreed dog make sure you get a petigree.
My dog is a pure-breed sheltie guess how much she was...

at least 700$
I'm not rich but I still afforded it (well my parents)

It's hard to find any purebred dog for that price, much less a small dog (they tend to be very expensive). That being said, I found my purebred German Shepherd at the pound and paid $45 for her. She doesn't have papers, though, but is definitely a purebred. I also got a Chihuahua for free from a friend. Not purebred, but you couldn't tell by looking at her. If you are willing to relax your standards and get a scottie that may not be purebred, you can find one through petfinder.com or your local Scottie rescue. Sometimes, they even have purebred dogs!
Hope this helps!
