You should use a juicer because all a blender will do is make it into a kind of smoothie......with fruit......or a soup......with vegetables. That's NOT a bad thing.........IF you would like LOTS of visits to the toilet and a social problem. Thats because there will be LOTS of fiber in with the juice......or soup. Where as a juicer only extracts the juice but leaves out nearly all of the fibre. The very reason they were invented i think.

its better to have chunks and bits in the juice, this helps to perserve the fibre conent. A cheap blender should do the job

It is best to use a juicing machine.

ive got one of those jack lalanne power juicer things i bought one night while exceedingly drunk and watching some shady shopping channel
works great but is an absolute git to clean
works out costing you about £28.50 a glass as well
