Well, with the amount of teases out there--sometimes it's really hard to tell. It's also hard to tell if the girl really means to send the message that she is. The only thing I can suggest is the old fashioned: "Ask her friend". Don't burden them with questions, come right out and ask if they think she's interested and accept the answer gracefully. (NEVER keep asking, often if you do this, her friend will percieve this as creepy and put in a bad word for you)
They usually know but, sometimes they don't, so she might even take it on herself to suggest to her friend that you like her, which could lead to her asking you out or more understandable signals.

that is hard one. as a girl i know that sometimes we flirt for many reason some right and some wrong. if u r confused then just ask the girl. she will let u know if she likes u. another great way is to look in to their eyes if she is making eye contact more then just flonting her body then she is into u. like if u notices her starring at u while u pretend to not look or if she is always looking away real quick when u turn to look at her. these are simple body motions to say that she does like u.

When there are other guys around, other attractive guys, and you're the ONLY one she's flirting with. If she just means flirting, she'll be flirting with other guys too.

i agree with the first post. You will see the signs when a girl is very attrcted to you, like sneaky smiles, touching your arm, looking directly at you, mysterious waves from afar. Everything that they might try to do to turn you on! hear this from a girl! Me!
