why is it that the more educated and capable a woman is, the fewer guys she attracts? I have a friend who is beautiful, smart, successful and yet men seem to be threatened by her. She isn't arrogant in anyway...I never know what to tell her...any advice?

Some guys I guess are probably scared that a woman can think real thoughts for herself. And/or feel threatened by this in a woman. I am fortunate that my fiance sounds a lot like the friend you've described and I thank my lucky stars for her wit and intelligence daily. Because when we grow older and a little wiser we'll still have lots in common and be able to discuss these things as well as anything else we want to talk of.
My only advice for your friend is to stay true to who and what she is and that someday her prince will come along and sweep her off her feet.

She obviously isnt looking in the right place for men. I for one am educated, successful, attractive and single, but yet i always seem to attract women who arent. Id love to know a woman with those qualities.

perhaps she's finding for Mr real yet relatively she's finding for Mr suited. She hasnt got here upon Mr real by way of fact Mr suited doesnt exist.And the boys that are genuine on the component of being Mr suited have already got boyfriends.you need to understand the which technique of existence,yet thats been asked on the instant already.

I would like to meet someone that can have an inteligent conversation , is prowd of her acomplishments, could make it on her own but chooses to be with me!! To be honest though most of the ones I've met were SNOOTY!!

i know exactly how your friend feels, educated, successful, level headed, attractive, single, but guys never ask us out because of it? that's life but, tell her that if she likes a guy to hang out with him so he knows her that's what i did and I'm doing great i have guys talking to me and their friends tell me they like me and to get my phone number and talking on aim. tell her i say its tough but a good challenge!! good luck!!

the more succesful she seems, the more one night standers she repels, and the more real men she attracts
maybe her success sacrifices her social interactions
