does cellulitus normally keep recurring?

for the past 6 yrs my hubby has had cellulitus which recurrs every few months, which makes his 1 leg swollen and angry looking, is this normal?

yes it does happen if you dont take an antibiotic for it and if the antibiotic diddnt take care of it all the way yes it does come back.
