Do some research into voodoo first, you don't want to be making any problems for yourself..if you make a voodoo doll you may eventually have to dispose of it at some stage remember and you'd better know how to do that safely.

You can make your own out of, wax, cloth or just barbie or action man or try the net they are usually made out of sack cloth and sawdust/fine sand
