It's the blood flowing into places that aren't used to having blood ! My legs itch like that when I walk a long way without warming up. It's ok... but try stretching first to warm up your muscles before you get on the treadmill.. see if that doens't help.

If this is happening during the workout it sounds like hypertension. Do you have a way to check you blood pressure?

Make sure you have enough liquids...can be the legs heating up or the body not enough fluids to dispense while sweating

you know my legs itch so much when i run, i have to stop and take a cold shower right away! i think is bad circulation ...i though i was the only one......

Your blood is starting to circulate in your capillaries, and you are not used to it. It will probably subside after you get in better shape.

I get that too! I think (sorry about this) that the wobbling makes them itch... drives you maaaad!

i am not shure talk about it with someone who also uses a treadmill they mighthave had the same problem and be able to help!!!!

this happens bcuz you are sweating and it is drying quickly because you are running
