NOT UNTIL U ARE FOUND GUILTY,, EITHER BY PAYING THE TICKET,, OR GOING TO COURT AND LOSE.. SOMETIMES U CAN ASK THE OFFICER TO DEFER THE TICKET, WHICH MEANS U PAY THE FINE BUT IT DOESNT GO ON YOUR RECORD,, UNLESS U GET ANOTHER SPEEDING TICKET WITHIN A CERTAIN TIME FRAME
