I love the Biggest Loser workout video, it helped me to lose 30 pounds. I think it's easy to follow and fun. You can find it by typing in biggest loser workout video in your web browser, and it's also for sale on Ebay (which is where I bought mine for around $15). This video does a lot of jumping around, some boxing, lunges, and squats. It also has a weight lifting section, low intensity and high intensity cardio, and a boot camp section. If you do try it out, don't do the boot camp section until you're ready for a more intense workout, because the trainer does not stop even for a second in that section. Good luck!
