OH GOD USE IT!!!! I HAVE ONE. IT BURNS THE MOST CALORIES AND TONES YOU UP! TAKE IT FROM SOMONE FIRSTHAND. JUST USE IT WISELY. WHEN YOU START USING IT - YOU WILL BE CLEANING OUT YOUR SYSTEM. ASIDE FROM HELPING YOU LOSE WEIGHT, YOU WILL BE DETOXING YOUR SYSTEM. SO START WITH 15 MINUTES A DAY OF JUST JUMPING, RUNNING, WHATEVER YOU ARE COMFY WITH. THEN - GRADUALLY 20 MINUTES IS FINE. YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO MUCH MORE THAN THAT EVERY DAY OR EVERY OTHER DAY. TRUST ME - IT'S A GREAT WAY TO BE LEAN AND HEALTHY. I LOVE IT. I PUT MY MUSIC ON AND I JUMP. I ONLY DO 15 MINUTES AND IT WORKS FOR ME! ALSO - TO LOSE WEIGHT QUICK FOR AN EVENT - EAT NOTHING BUT PROTEIN FOR THE TIME YOU ARE DIETING. EGGS, CHICKEN AND MEAT WORK FOR ME. A LITTLE CHEESE (NOTHING LIGHT - MAKE SURE IT'S THE FATTENING ONE)

BUT NOTHING ELSE. YOU'LL SEE THE WEIGHT MELT. DON'T PUT ANYTHING ON THE EGGS OR MEAT EXCEPT CHEESE OR OLIVE OIL OR BUTTER. IT'S THE ATKINS DIET - BUT IT WORKS IF YOU DO IT THAT WAY. E MAIL ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS.

The benefits of a mini tramp are numerous. Search for the term "rebounder" and you'll be surprised at how great this item is for the whole body.

It's great for basic bounces, but vary your leg & arm movements, then begin adding some twists. You can speed up the jumps very easily and work up to a full jog. There are diagrams and exercise explantions on the 'net.

Beware, you'll get a full lower body workout, so stretch your legs well after a warm-up. The rest of your body benefits both directly and indirectly via a nice push in metabolism.

The rebounder is also perfect for those who want to watch stress on the joints as well.

You can jump around and have fun on the trampoline, but that can't be your only form of exercise. You need cardio, like running, hiking, bicycling, and you should continue doing the crunches and lunges.
