Crest White Strips work pretty good for me. You still should not use them more than every 6 months though. I think all are OK in moderation and bad if you use them too much!

Whitening your teeth isn't going to cause tooth damage. Just go to your dentist and get special made trays for your teeth, this insures the whitening agent is placed all over your teeth, plus they stay in better, since they are an exact replica of your teeth and bite registration!

Some doc's are doing in office whitening now... I have never done it, but it will save you time and probably some soreness (bleaching with trays will cause tenderness and soreness).

The best thing I've used over the years(and it works) is a combo of baking soda and peroxide. Both have healthy properties to get your teeth clean and no damage. If that's not your thing, try the Crest WhiteStrips. Also, you can have a chat with your dentist about options you can use with him or her. Good luck and have a healthy smile!

Crest whitestrips. I use them, and believe it or not I get compliments on my teeth!
