I have a canker sore on my tongue and i dont know how to treat it. please help!!!?

try putting salt on it, it will sting at first, but this usually helps when I have one.

Gargle with salt water.

Yup gargling salt water, best thing you could do. Oh make sure it's warm water.

put some campo phoneiq on it...i'm sure that is not the right spelling, but you het the idea!
