Well, it all depends on the guy and their age. There are many ways to flirt with guys, most ways practiced by young women are absolutely degrading to both the boy and the girl.
Don't ever:
-Punch or hit the boy to flirt.
-Act stupid to get their attention
-Act weak to boost their ego
Try:
- Smiling: Everyone understands the friendliness of a big smile, don't underestimate the power of this simple gesture and the effectiveness it will have at hinting to a guy that you like him.
- Having manners: There's nothing wrong with a girl being mannerly, you don't have to joke about sex and act crude. Being polite will make you a lady--and unless the guy you are going for is a scumbag, then he would appreciate kindly gestures.
-Small body contact: Try your best to touch him. Ha, be careful though.. don't seem too flirty. Some examples may include:Sitting close, touching his arm, etc.
-Talking: Be nice, courteous and show interest in what he's saying. Guys are generally terrible at conversation with girls until they hit their 20s, so to get him going: ask HIM questions. About music, movies, sports. Don't lie about your interests to get him to like you. Simply show an appreciation for his likes.
-Makeup, Hair, Clothes: Don't go overboard and don't think this is the most important aspect in "getting a guy". Often this will give YOU the confidence to feel good enough to get him. Through that confidence (the REAL importance) you'll be able to chat it up with him and hopefully give him the right message.

Flirting with guys is like getting a child to eat their veggies. It's important to be discreet. Eye contact for longer than 5 seconds may sound petty, the fellas dig it. Plus it never hurts to act a little shy... but not prude! And if you have platonic guy friends that are willing to give you a little game... use it!

Just by being yourself, being natural. Guy like a woman who is smart, atentive, and listens. So if you want to get his attention let him do the talking. It's not the most beautiful girl who captures a man's heart, it's about the essence of her personality, her wit, and the beauty of her spirit.

A girl can get my attention with a smile and a softly spoken "Hi" or "Hello".
Sometimes to get a guys attention, accidentally bump or trip into him.
What ever you do, don't be too aggressive or trashy

the best way to do it is from across a room....a wink or raised eyebrow to show you interest. Then sly little smiles and glances at him until he walks your way.....once he does that, take things from there and seduce him.
