Hi,

In the past I didn't believe in faith healing until someone told me this story :

Interesting article, the Christian faith believes in faith healing, it was performed by Christ himself and also it was given to his disciples and apostoles which Christ sent of to spread the Gospel. There are going to be alot of people who use this gift for their own benefit and those dont work for the good of Faith but for other purposes.
I remember a story my granmother always told me in which the moral was, all good things are free that come from God, the rain, sunlight, the night, grace and peace. Everything payed for has some intention behind it.
So I do beleive that the gift of healing has been granted to some people, I have experienced it myself. But it must be approached with caution and faith.

Yes, I have been healed by faith healing. Many times over. I have seen faith healing performed on more than me, a child that suffered severe asthma is now free to run and play. He had a machine that now sits in a cabinet collecting dust. He will tell you Jesus healed me.

You can fill a testimont with stories and that does not make them true. The preachers who do faith healing on TV go through the applicants and pick those suseptible to suggestion. They correct hysterical blindness and others throw away their crutches to pick them up on the other side of the stage. Others were misdiagnosed in the beginning and presto cancer cure.

Faith Healing is a physical form of placebo. It acts upon the person psychologically, but not physically. Most people who visit faith healers claim either nothing, or miraculous results, most of which return within a few days when the euphoria/adrenalin is gone.

The article you refer to is fraudulant, and I wouldn't put any faith (pun intended) in it.

Still think its bogus. I can write an article about how I birthed a unicorn into existence. Doesn't make it real.
