When you are intimate with someone, how long does his dna stay in you or on you etc? Days, weeks, months? Just curious?

DNA will remain on place of contact until thoroughly washed.
It will last much longer inside as it can't be washed and would take at least a round of your monthly period to clean out.
If it's a rape case (just been curious), it's never too late to report. There are other signs that the medical examiner looks out for.

It remains on you until you wash with soap and water and in you for a few days. After you have sex, the sperm will soak into your body and be eliminated in a couple of days.
Edit: Looked ity up to be sure and this sourcew says 3-5 days.
