can alcohol withdrawal cause loss of appetite?

i quit drinking a few days ago. i used to drink every day. not only do i feel shaky and depressed, but i haven't felt like eating and my stomach has been hurting when i do eat. are these last two symptoms of alcohol withdrawal? has anyone else had this? if so, how long will it last?

yes you will feel like crap for a couple of weeks.Hang in there and you will be better than ever sober!
