You say that like it's a bad thing... Unless you're now underweight, be glad that you will now have more energy- ("All the better to chase Junior around with, my dear...")

A rule-of-thumb formula- 100 pounds for your first 5 feet of height, add 5 pounds for each additional inch of height... So for example, if you're 5'6", that's 100+(6x5)=130 pounds. I tell myself plus or minus 10 pounds for a meal, water retention, etc.

Mind, I still think this is a little low. I'm 5'3" and weigh about 125 consistently.

If you weigh less than the formula, I'd suggest going to a doctor. Your pregnancy may have started a problem that is only now visible.

If you're worried, just check with your doctor- he/she will know if you're healthy, and I guess that's the important thing- are you healthy and is your baby healthy...

Her life is sturdy and her boyfriend is unlikely everywhere. So please refrain from calling those human beings the two stupid, or no longer mature sufficient considering the fact which you're basically undeniable incorrect. specific there are case the place those women are no longer mature sufficient some situations yet please do no longer generalize the full inhabitants that in the process itself is stupid.

I lost 30 lbs with my first, 15 with my 2nd, I spent 9 months each time rather ill. I couldn't keep anything down. It's a heck of a diet, not one I recommend to anyone though!

You're probably more active with the child and have less time to eat.. a fetus eating everything you eat, getting sick during the pregnancy, and breastfeeding all burn/lose calories. Congratulations.

It's alright. I did about the same thing and so did my sister. After having a baby, you tend to eat less.
